Founded in Hong Kong, we offer hassle-free, designer furniture, home decor, and lifestyle events. All of our products are made in the Philippines where our craftsmen use a combination of modern and traditional techniques to create unique pieces that last.

Dalisay Collection was founded by Pristine Lampard in collaboration with Hong Kong interdisciplinary firm, DEFT (Design Eight Five Two). 

Our design offices are in Hong Kong and Manila. Our public showroom is not currently open, however we are happy to help you shop online! You may be interested to see our past pop up store in Hong Kong.

We work closely with artisans from small, family-owned workshops for each unique piece in our collections. Learn more about the makers here.

We specialize in wood-based furniture made with real, solid wood with an emphasis on reclaimed or salvaged wood. We also use a variety of other natural materials like 100% cotton, rattan, and other woven grasses.

All Dalisay Collection pieces are uniquely made by artisans, in small batches at a time. Due to the inherent nature of handcrafted products, there may be slight variations from one item to the next including wood grain or textures. Our products are never mass produced and these minor distinctions ensure that each piece is truly one of a kind.

The use of solid wood and natural materials means your pieces are essentially living, breathing designs. These materials naturally react to moisture, humidity, temperature, and sunlight. Solid wood naturally adapts to the climate it’s placed in.

All Dalisay Collection pieces are uniquely made by artisans, in small batches at a time. Due to the inherent nature of handcrafted products, there may be slight variations from one item to the next including wood grain or textures.

Although Dalisay Collection focuses on the use of solid wood, certain pieces may require use of veneers. This will always be disclosed if a piece contains a solid wood and veneer mix.

Dalisay Collection uses wood with commercially accepted moisture content. However, solid wood may naturally warp or crack as a natural and normal part of solid wood's reaction to humidity and temperature fluctuations and not a sign of quality or structural damage.

Avoid keeping furniture or other Dalisay Collection pieces in rooms that are excessively hot, dry, damp, or that direct sunlight throughout the day to help prevent furniture from natural wood cracking.

Dalisay Collection's products may also be susceptible to long-term discoloration due to exposure to elements, particularly sunlight and heat.

We currently deliver our designs within the Philippines (Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, and Tarlac). However we are able to deliver to other cities in the Philippines for an additional fee as well as to other countries in Asia.

Please check individual product listings for stock availability and lead times. All lead times are estimates and subject to change. General product lead times are listed as below.

Philippines: Our estimated delivery lead time is 6-8 weeks for retail designs. The estimated lead time for custom orders is 8-10 weeks.

After you place your order we’ll contact you to confirm the date and arrival time window. You can change the delivery date up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, just contact us!

Delivery for most items is ₱1000 for Metro Manila and ₱2,500 for Cavite, Pampanga, Laguna, and Tarlac.

Delivery for large items including beds, sofas, benches, and dining tables is ₱2000 for Metro Manila and ₱4,000 for Cavite, Pampanga, Laguna, and Tarlac.

Extra stair charges per floor per item apply for delivery to buildings with no lift access.

When we deliver your new items, we may be able to arrange for free pick up of certain furniture pieces for delivery to one of our charity partners.

Delivery Dates - All quoted delivery dates are estimates, but not guaranteed due to factors that may be out of our control. Dalisay Collection is not able to accept any liability for any delay in delivery.

Delivery Schedule - Delivery schedule will proceed with client's prior confirmation. After confirmation of delivery date by the client, any failure of delivery due to client's responsibility will be charged to the client.

Receipt of Delivery - Client is responsible for providing intended location of the furniture and appropriate access to the area. Dalisay Collection is not responsible for failure to deliver orders due to inability of access to the intended area. The client accepts that exposure to the elements due to improper placement of the products after delivery, is client's responsibility. Delivery locations which require permits or fees for access, must be secured and paid for by the client.

Inspection- Upon delivery, Dalisay Collection requires full inspection by the client or representative and is not responsible for client's failure to do so. Should the delivery be received by a third-party or authorized representative, it will be considered "received in good order and condition." Dalisay Collection requires the client or their representative to sign a delivery receipt.

While we hope you love our pieces just as much as we do, we understand if you change your mind. Orders can be cancelled by emailing hello@dalisaycollection.ph within 24 hours of placing the order.

As our pieces are made to order, we do not accept any cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after 24 hours of placing your order.

Above policy includes all sales - retail sales, custom orders, gift vouchers, rugs, sale or discounted items, one off items and any items damaged after you have acknowledged receipt of safe delivery
